The Bucks have officially announced the signing of previously mentioned forward Brett Hopfe, while also inking newbie defenseman Jordan Pawelec.
These signings bring the team's training camp roster up to 16 (11 rookies), which means there are 14 more players that could be coming in the next few weeks. Only one vet spot is filled, and the only two signings that remain imminent are assistant coach Jeff Bes and defenseman Adam Rivet, with Bes being the only veteran left that we can assume will be signed. So, that means the team could sign two more veterans, or even three if one is a goaltender. That is fairly doubtable, though.
I'll have more on today's signings later, and, of course, there will be a story in tomorrow's Times.
