I somehow completely forgot to link to my notebook that ran in today's Times in that last post.
Also, it is worth noting that the Bucks' game at the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, which was initially scheduled to be played on Friday, Jan. 23, has been moved to Monday, Jan. 26.
And don't forget about the Bucks' toy drive, which will be held on Friday when the Sundogs are in town for a 7:30 p.m. game at the LEC.
Hopefully that's everything for right now.
UPDATE: Brian Sandalow noticed that the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees have placed veteran forward Rob Voltera on the injured reserve (retroactive to Nov. 22), where he joins Trevor Weisgerber, who is still recovering from that infamous hit. Coach Ruskowski knew the Killer Bees would be without Weisgerber, their leading scorer, for Thursday night's game, but I think the loss of Voltera will be news to him. Obviously, that won't change the way the team prepares at all, but we'll see who Chris Brooks is able to bring in for that matchup.
Tonight's Scores: Tulsa Oilers 2, Texas Brahmas 1 (F); Odessa Jackalopes 3, Arizona Sundogs 1 (F).
NHL Scores: Florida Panthers 5, Washington Capitals 3; Philadelphia Flyers 4, Tampa Bay Lightning 3 (OT); Montreal Canadiens 5, Atlanta Thrashers 4; Dallas Stars 3, Calgary Flames 1; Phoenix Coyotes 4, Los Angeles Kings 2; San Jose Sharks 5, Toronto Maple Leafs 2.
