About Today

Sorry about the lack of updates yesterday; the Border Olympics have been keeping us quite busy.

Meanwhile, it turns out the Bucks' press conference today is nothing quite as hush-hush as expected.

The Bucks will be announcing further measures to partner with WINGS (Women Involved in Nurturing, Giving, Sharing) as far as the Jan. 9 game against the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, which had already been announced as "Pink in the Rink" jersey night.

I'll write more about this when I get all the details.

For those of you more interested in hockey-related news, there will likely be a pretty important announcement later in the day.

I will leave things at that for now, but you can expect some updates throughout the day, as well as leftovers from the weekend and yesterday.

UPDATE: To clarify, WINGS is an organization that helps provide breast cancer treatment to those who cannot afford it for themselves. The Jan. 9 game will be helping raise money for them and promoting breast cancer awareness in general.
