Monych Activated, Sgroi Released

I was hoping to be at a computer when this announcement was made, but no such luck, so here's Bryan Benway's press release for now:

Bucks Activate Monych From IR, Release Sgroi
LAREDO, TX - The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced Thursday that they have activated Lance Monych from the 14-day IR, and have released forward Mike Sgroi.

Monych is expected to return to the line-up Friday when the Bucks host Missouri.

Monych has missed the Bucks last six games with a lower-body injury.

The 25-year-old Monych has 10 points (4-6=10) in 14 games with the Bucks this season, including a six-game point streak from October 16th-November 1st.

*SGROI RELEASED*

The Bucks also announced Thursday that they have released forward Mike Sgroi.

The 31-year-old Sgroi joined the Bucks November 4th, and put up three points (1-2=3) and 15 PIM’s in 14 games this season.

More later.
