Game No. 7 - Bucks at Sundogs

Sorry for the delay in posting this, but I am way too busy to even half-heartedly attempt to blog tonight's game, so you can follow it on Pointstreak or listen on Imagen 94.1 FM. Or you can go watch it at Hal's, though you've already missed the first period. I will post when it's over, though; even if just with the final results.

UPDATE: Okay, I'm back. I can't justifiably not mention the fact that the Bucks are getting their rear ends kicked in a bad way. At the end of the second period, they are down 7-0, having allowed two goals in the first period and five in the second. Kyle Gajewski is still in net despite allowing seven goals on 24 shots, and due to that and the fact that Coach Ruskowski told me yesterday he'd be starting Jean-Philippe Levasseur today if he felt up for it, I'm forced to wonder if something is wrong with the Bucks' No. 1 goalie. Also worth noting is the fact that every skater on the Bucks' lineup is a minus other than Evan Schwabe. Still 20 minutes left in this one, but yikes...

GAME OVER: Coming off an overtime defeat that disgusted the entire team, the Bucks have suffered their worst loss in franchise history. I will post more about this tomorrow, though I can't guarantee how much Ruskowski will want to talk , but for more right now, you can read Bryan Benway's recap.

I agree, Gajewski SUCKS. No idea what Roscoe was thinking when he cut Spence and Festa. Festa looked really really good here in Laredo and Gajewski looked horrible. Spence was in an NHL Training Camp for crying out loud. Cut Gajewski, Roscoe!

I dont know why coach kept Kyle over Spence even over Festa, i understand he had a pro experience under his belt but he didnt last in that team last year. I don't why every year coach doesn't go for veteran goaltenders when the veteran rule doesnt affect the goalies... Coach should of tried his best to bring back Centomo but decided to get new goalies in here... Why not get traylen which i heard he is free.. He wasn't a all bad goaltender.
And JP Levasseur is sick and thats why he didn't start.. Still Kyle can't start in this league he has struggle all in his starts 20 GOAL AGAINST!! IN 4 GAMES! thats real bad for a goaltender.. Spence would of done better he was fast and will be learning.. This why kyle didn't last in his previous pro team he didn't do good.

And 33 shots isn't a bad defensive team so i mean maybe defense struggled but goaltenders still have to do there job.

Ah, the fickle fans of Laredo. C'mon y'all, are you gonna give up on the Bucks so soon, 7 games into the season? If we did that here in the RGV, we would have been finished after the second game!

You were so used to being the dominant team in the league that you are spoiled! Be glad you have a team to support through thick and thin, because tomorrow never knows . . .
