The new ownership of the Corpus Christi Rayz is apparently going to be proactive in trying to keep the team afloat. Greg Rajan has news of reduced ticket prices for the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, back in Laredo, the Bucks players who stuck around for the summer have been out and about keeping up with the community. Last week, they visited J.C. Martin Elementary to speak to an assembly of students about the importance of a good education. This Thursday, Igor Agarunov, Jeff Bes and Adam Rivet will be at the Jack in the Box at 5002 Saunders Road signing autographs to help the branch celebrate a national promotional giveaway.
