As many of you know, Colorado Eagles forward/defenseman Les Borsheim was severely injured in a motorcycle accident on June 1 just outside of Greeley, Colo.
Borsheim is not expected to play professional hockey ever again, but has been recovering at a steady pace and is no longer in critical condition as he was immediately following the accident.
Loveland Reporter-Herald Eagles beat writer Adam Dunivan has made a few updates about Borsheim's recovery on his blog.
A recovery fund has been started to help Borsheim and his family deal with the costs of his treatment and recovery. For more information or to make a donation, visit the official site of the Les Borsheim Recovery Fund.
