The Corpus Christi IceRays evened up their Southern Conference Quarterfinal series against the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees with a 6-2 win tonight.
That series is tied 1-1 and will finish up with Game 3 tomorrow night at Dodge Arena.
The Northern Conference series is also tied at one game apiece after the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs came from behind to earn a 5-4 overtime win over the Rocky Mountain Rage tonight.
That series will end tomorrow night at the CenturyTel Center.
The Northern Conference Semifinal series that oddly began tonight also went to overtime, with the Oklahoma City Blazers grabbing a 2-1 win over the Mississippi RiverKings.
I'll link to all the stories and everything about tonight's games tomorrow and also share some leftover quotes from my playoff preview, which will run with a feature in Friday's paper.
